LDC Care Co is an expanding family owned care provider with over 50 services located in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Herne Bay, supporting adults with highly complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments. About The Role

As a Service Lead, you will be the responsible person for leading your primary Supported Living Service, or small number of services. You will be guiding a team of Support Workers in supporting the individuals in your service, delivering outstanding care. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance in all areas and establishing a proactive and progressive culture.

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs within the environment of their own home. The service you are allocated to will be dependent on your experience and suitability.

The key purpose of this role is supporting the management team in effectively working within the LDC Care Co policies and guidelines to lead and develop a culture that values the very highest standards of care.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in the care sector and be keen to progress. Having worked as a Team Leader, Senior or similar, you will have a good understanding about compliance and CQC standards in adult social care. You will need to have flexibility and understand the on-call aspects to your Service Lead role.
