About The Role
LDC Care Co is looking for Support Workers to work in our Supported Living service in Herne Bay where we support 5 service users who have autism, down syndrome and challenging behaviour.
No day is the same in our Herne Bay service, keeping active and learning new skills is what our service users like to do. If you feel that you are a motivated, patient and hard worker then we want you to join our team!
Due to the location of the service, we ideally need you to be a driver.
The Person
We are looking for individuals who wants to make a difference in the life of a service user, to help make changes, and help our service users achieve their goals.
