Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE

The Company

LDC Care Co is an expanding family owned care provider with over 50 services located in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Herne Bay, supporting adults with highly complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments. We focus on building bespoke person-centred services around the individual and support them to work towards achieving life-changing outcomes.

 

With multiple CQC ratings of ‘Outstanding’ we are proud of our ability to provide high quality care to individuals who have struggled to maintain other mainstream placements or have spent time within secure settings, and reintegrate them back into the wider community to pursue social, personal, or vocational development opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for Care Sector, Service Delivery Managers that are willing to undertake registration with CQC with experience in any of the following areas to oversee services within our supported living provision in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Herne Bay.

CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR/MENTAL HEALTH - Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, exhibiting incidents of challenging behaviour.

 

LEARNING/PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND HEALTHCARE - Moderate to severe learning disabilities and multiple associated healthcare conditions including Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome, complex mobility requirements such as hoisting.

 

LEARNING DISABILITY AND AUTISM - Moderate to severe learning disabilities with varying degrees of autism.

 

Committed to working towards excellence, you will demonstrate professional leadership whilst inspiring your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. Your team will support service users to achieve their goals and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities, and other initiatives.

 

The Person

 

Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges, and an ability to promote a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service.

Successful applicants will ideally have, or be working towards, a QCF level 5 and have a full, clean driving licence. However, applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
