We’re thrilled to share some truly special news — our Director, Lara, received the Chief Nurse for Adult Social Care Gold Award for Outstanding Services to Social Care at this year’s Care Show. Presented by Deborah Sturdy herself, this is one of the highest honours in our sector!

 

Deborah spoke so warmly about the work Lara has done, including her recent visit to LDC, which she described as one of the most enjoyable and uplifting she's had. This award reflects the passion, compassion, and excellence that Lara brings to everything she does— not just for LDC, but for the entire social care community.
