Welcome to The Captain’s Quarters – a brand-new project from LDC Care, based in Medway. As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support, this new location will offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Here, we’ll share regular updates as the project develops – from groundwork to grand opening – giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the journey we're on together.

The Planning✏️

We are building a stunning development featuring eight modern two-bedroom flats in one block and four spacious two-bedroom maisonettes in another.

Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, these homes will offer private gardens, convenient parking, and full disabled access.

We’ve officially broken ground! It’s been all hands on deck as the groundwork gets underway. This is a huge step toward welcoming new people to The Captain’s Quarters.

Scaffolding is in place and the shell of the building is starting to take shape. The team on site are doing an incredible job staying on schedule.
