Founded in 1999 by Jenny and Tony Marsh, we began with a nine-bed residential home in Dover to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The mission was simple but profound: to empower each individual to achieve their full potential and embrace independence while preserving their dignity and self-worth.

Now, with over two decades of expertise, Dan and Lara lead the business with a deep understanding of how to support individuals who may have challenged conventional models of care. Under their leadership, we’ve grown from that single home to four residential services and a range of supported living options across the South East of Kent—and, as of 2025, Medway too.

Every person we support is at the centre of their care journey. Together, we develop personalised support plans that reflect their needs, aspirations, and interests. These are reviewed regularly to ensure they continue to match each person’s evolving goals. Whether it’s maintaining relationships, exploring new hobbies, or trying something new, we celebrate individuality and champion each person’s voice.
