As an organisation your receptionist is often the first face people see, they give the first impression of you as a company.

That is why at LDC Care our reception team are made up exclusively of people we support. They are the centre of all we do so it only makes sense that they are the ‘Face’ of the organisation too.

They welcome visitors to our office, make teas and coffees and keep the shredder busy, all the things you would expect from a receptionist. And they do an amazing job! Interacting with other departments in the office and making sure we all work just as hard as them.
