LDC Care Heroes!

The first-ever LDC Care Heroes Awards event celebrated the outstanding contributions of our dedicated staff in adult social care.

This special occasion honoured the hard work, compassion, and commitment of individuals who go above and beyond to provide exceptional support to those with disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs.

By recognising their efforts, we aim to inspire continued excellence, foster a strong sense of community within our team, and highlight the critical role our care heroes play in making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

The Digital Hero

Our first ever award!

Lacey uses systems like Carevision to clearly evidence both the quality of care provided and the quality of life of the person she supports as a result. The attention to detail she shows is an example to everyone and her affection for the person she supports, shines through.

Thanks to CEO of CareVision, Rishi Jawaheer, for sponsoring our award!

Jack, you embody these qualities in everything you do, and your efforts have made a profound impact not only on the lives of those you care for, but on everyone who has the privilege of working alongside you.

The Learner Award

Cedrick is an amazing example of putting training into practice. Just days after completing his basic life support training, he used the skills he had learned to save the life of a neighbour by providing CPR. An excellent example of staying calm under pressure and being a care hero.

Thanks to our training providers e-training uk ltd for sponsoring our award!
